Every member organisation can sign up for the maximum of two attendees. The total number of attendees will not exceed the 24, on a first come (paid) first served basis. Costs will be € 130 euro per person.

The Workshop will be in the Monasterium PoortAckere, Gent, Belgium
Accommodation and meals are not included in the workshop price.
The Monasterium PoortAckere has special prices for workshop participants.

Hotelroom - two persons - 134 Euro per night, breakfast incl
Guestroom - one person - 67 Euro per night, breakfast, tv and telephone incl (5 rooms available)
Guestroom - one person - 56 Euro per night, breakfast incl (8 rooms available)

Extra costs:

• City tax - 2.50 Euro per night
• Transfers from airport or railway station to location
• Carparking 10.00 Euro per 24 hours
