Summary
In Spain guide dogs are accepted by law everywhere,
each of the 17 'Comunidad Autónomas' has its own law. Five of the 'Comunidades' have laws for assistance dogs
in general: Castilla y León, Cataluña, Galicia, País Vasco and Valenciana
