Access in Europe As you know, one of the 'missions' of Assistance Dogs Europe is to ensure that assistance dog partnerships have full access to all public places throughout Europe. We are planning to carry out research to identify what laws and customs are in place relating to assistance dogs in as many European countries as possible. This will enable us to see what the current situation is - vital if we are to work out the best way to achieve our aim.
